As connectivity and software complexity grow, safety-critical systems increasingly rely on multiple processor cores, operating systems, languages, and components working together—each with different safety, real-time, and certification requirements. TRACE32® lets developers examine both simultaneously—alongside standard C++ code—control execution, analyze behavior in a shared time context, and reveal how components interact, including multicore interference. Without such a system-wide approach, teams risk investigating components in isolation and overlooking decisive relationships.

For safety-critical software, finding bugs isnt enough—teams must also demonstrate that requirements are met, code is tested completely and traceably, and time-critical processes work under realistic conditions. This is why combining debugging, test automation, and analysis is increasingly important.

Lauterbach will also demonstrate TRACE32®'s compatibility with the AdaCore GNAT Pro™ toolchain, enabling direct connection to third-party tools such as the Rapita Verification Suite (RVS).
